Redundant High Brightness LED

SALI’s all new SLDP-LEH Series – Ultra Bright LED Projection Cube features redundant LED modules with multiple LEDs for each primary color of red, green and blue (RGB), allowing for efficient, yet ultra bright performance. Even if one LED in a certain module is to fail, the other LEDs will adjust and operate accord- ingly to provide an uninterrupted image.

Ultra high brightness

With a higher brightness comes a wider color gamut, breaking through previous small sized display limits. The all new SLDP-LEH series LED light source engine uses a state-of-the-art LED light engine with multiple LEDs for all primaries (red, green and blue) for efficient, yet ultra bright performance.

 

LED technology for long lifetime with zero maintenance

With the new SLDP-LEH series, the multiple LEDs per primary modules provides redundant LEDs for each color, providing the SLDP-LEH with an efficient lifetime of 80,000 hours. With a smooth brightness curve and low light attenuation of 10-15 years, there is no need to change the optical engine, breaking through previous light bulb technologies and maintenance costs, creating a truly “zero maintenance” display.

 

Large color gamut - colorful and vivid images

LED light sources provides a large color gamut (50% larger than light bulb light sources), providing perfect and long lasting colorful and vivid image. Using a three primary color LED, images will not have a rainbow effect traditionally seen with color wheel based projection, allowing for a more natural and fine image.

 

Instant boot-up

Unlike traditional UHP units’ gradual lighting up, SALI ® SLDP-LEH series projection module projection modules boot-up needs only 1-2 seconds from power-up till image appearing.

 

Engine modular structure with IP6X certification

SALI SLDP-LX series’ modular structure is comprised of the light source, light engine, and power module. Using a gas-tight body, the vvvprojector is IP6X dust-free certified for great dust-free operation for long engine lifetime and low costs.

 

Advanced dynamic fluid circulation cooling system

SALI® SLDP-LEH series projection module uses energy saving, air filtration technology. Using a sealed system design, LEDs are cooled down quickly and efficiently, thus requiring no maintenance or coolant replacement. The gas-tight structure will prolong the engine’s life, rigorously tested to ensure the system’s running stability in a variety of environments for a long time. Sensitive LED temperature sensor wafer ensures a constant LED light source temperature. Advanced automatic power adjustment system also helps ensures that if the dynamic fluid cooling system fails, or if the ambient temperature exceeds the proper operation temperature, the system is stable and fail-safe.

Digital uniformity adjustment

SALI’s new LEH series contains a NEW independent electronic adjustment module that can divide up the screen into a 16x13 matrix, taking the minimum brightness value and adjust the brightness accordingly, achieving brightness uniformity of >96%. This effectively eliminates vignetting effect commonly seen in large rear-projections.

 

7-Color range alignment for accurate color adjustment and reproduc-

tion

Adding more color with RGBCMYW in an independent adjustment circuit of 7-color, along with gamut, saturation and brightness adjust- ments without affecting the base, allowing the entire screen color to be aligned perfectly.

 

HD Signal support

The new SALI LEH series is equiped with high-definition DVI signal interfaces or selectable HDMI interfaces for perfect digital signal display for high quality visuals.

 

Quiet, dust-free, and eco-friendly

Using a gas-tight, air-filtration technology, cooling system, heat dissipation is more efficient for quiet and energy saving operation.

 

Professional RoHS directive approved

Adhering to RoHS directive, SALI® SLDP-LEH series projection module does not contain lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent

chromium, polybrominated biphenyls polymerization (PBB), polym- erization of brominated diphenyl ether (PBDE) and other toxic and hazardous substances, passing the RoHS Directive.
